If you choose NOT to put your deposit down at the time of sign up, your spot will not be reserved and your final trip total will correspond with the dates above. Elevate Week One: June 9 - June 14 Elevate Week Two: June 16 - June 21 The cost of Elevate Week, includes 3 meals a day and snacks. We are also providing transportation for students when we go off campus for outreaches. Students will have the opportunity to buy things once they get here. We recommend sending your student with $35 of spending money.

To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants and to manage the financial aspects of the Elevate Week mission trip, we have established the following financial policies. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all participants! 1. No Money Transfer Between Participants To maintain financial accountability and clarity, money may not be transferred from participant to participant. Each participant is responsible for their own payments. If there are issues or concerns regarding payment, please contact our financial director for assistance. 2. Payment Deadline: Two Weeks Before Elevate Weeks Open All payments for Elevate Week must be paid in full by May 26th. This ensures that we can secure all necessary accommodations, transportation, and activities for the trip. Failure to meet this payment deadline may result in the participant being unable to attend the trip. Payment Due Date: [Elevate Week One - Payment due May 26th] 3. No Refunds At this time Be the One Ministries is unable to refund your trip funds once they are paid. This policy is in place due to the non-refundable costs incurred when organizing the trip, such as accommodations, transportation, and activities. Due to safety and our fast paced schedule, participants will not be able to arrive late. Our most vital training and camp orientation happen in the first 24 hours! To have the most successful Elevate Week experience possible we ask that no student miss these sessions. If for any reason a participant is asked to leave or is checked out for any circumstance they will not be able to return.

To ensure a focused and cohesive experience for all participants, no visitors are allowed during Elevate Week. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of the trip, fostering an environment where everyone can fully engage in the activities and mission without distraction. Be the One is partnered with a local church called "The House" located on 2901 W Olive St. All students will be staying in rooms separated by gender with 2 to 3 dorm leaders that spend the night!

Groups of 12 or more are offered a discount of 15% if you sign up and pay together. Checks must be made out to Be the One Ministries.

Age Requirements: 17- 22 Dates: May 23rd - August 2nd Deposit: There is a $45 application fee when you fill out the form. This is nonrefundable and nontransferable, but will be used towards the total cost of your trip upon acceptance. Cost: $3,500

Each intern will have a host family that you stay with. These will all be solid families who have been faithful members of our church, who serve on a consistent basis! They will receive a background check and go through a through application process! These families also receive training on how to relate with the Be The One intern. It is our intention that you would connect with them, and become a part of their family for the time that you’re with us.

The Conference costs $50 before January 1st. $55 before February 1st. On and after February 1st, the conference costs $65. Please note that the rates above are only valid if you sign up and pay by those dates. Your ticket will cover entry into the sessions, outreach, and breakout groups.

Concessions will be provided throughout the event but you or your group will be responsible for meals.
